Exam fear Solution

It's normal to feel nervous or anxious before exams - it's a natural reaction to the pressure of wanting to do well. However, excessive exam fear or anxiety can interfere with your ability to study and perform at your best. Here are some tips that might help:

1. Be prepared: Ensure that you have sufficient time to study and revise all your subjects. This will help you to feel more confident and less anxious about your exams.

2. Identify your strengths and weaknesses: Knowing which subjects or topics you're struggling with can help you to focus your study efforts effectively and prioritize your revision.

3. Practice mindfulness techniques: Simple breathing exercises, yoga, or meditation can help calm your mind and relieve anxiety.

4. Get enough rest and exercise: Ensuring that you're well-rested and getting enough physical activity can help you to feel more energized, focused, and motivated.

5. Seek help if needed: If you continue to feel overwhelmed, consider talking to a counselor or seeking support from a trusted teacher or mentor.

Remember that exam results don't define your worth or success in life. Keep things in perspective and focus on doing your best. Good luck!

Motivational MBBS student story about sarah

Once there was a student named Sarah, who had a dream of becoming a doctor. However, her family was poor and couldn't afford to send her to a good college. Despite the obstacles, Sarah was determined to achieve her goal and worked hard day and night.

However, as the days passed, Sarah's motivation started to dwindle. She found it hard to concentrate and her grades started to drop. She felt like giving up on her dream and thought that perhaps it was impossible for someone like her to achieve such a feat.

One day, as Sarah was walking home from college, she saw an old man working hard in his garden. Despite his age, he was lifting heavy sacks and planting seeds, showing incredible strength and resilience. Intrigued, Sarah asked him how he managed to work so hard, year after year, without giving up.

The old man looked at her and smiled. "My dear," he said, "I used to think that I wasn't strong enough, that I didn't have the energy to work like this. But then, I realized that strength and energy come from within. It's all in the mind. You see, when you have a goal, a dream that drives you, nothing can stop you. Not even your own doubts and fears. You just have to keep pushing forward, one step at a time."

Sarah was inspired by the old man's words and went back to her studies with renewed energy and enthusiasm. She worked hard, day and night, and despite the challenges, never gave up on her dream. And in the end, all her hard work paid off. She got accepted into a good college and eventually became a successful doctor.

The moral of the story is that no dream is too big or impossible if you have the courage, determination and willingness to work hard for it. Believe in yourself, have faith in your abilities and keep pushing forward, no matter what challenges come your way. You can achieve anything you want, if you set your mind to it.
